The announcement of the Homiens Art Prize is an internationally celebrated event that elevates art careers to new heights. We feature helpful information for artists and collectors on our website, and are proud to deliver beautifully designed catalogs and editorial initiatives like The Homiens 60 and Meet the Artists to an audience based in the United States, and internationally, comprised of public institutions, buyers, curators, and practitioners.

The Homiens Art Prize, which awards over $12,000 USD annually to artists, is an internationally celebrated event that elevates art careers to new heights. Ownership of all artworks entered remains with the artist. All entrants are free to exhibit and display their artworks elsewhere.
Our prize is open to all artists and art forms internationally. We celebrate our chosen artists across our media, exhibiting their art online where it is viewed by artists and collectors throughout the world. Homiens sponsors a platform for artists to network and collaborate, reach a global audience of buyers and collectors, gain institutional validation, and locate opportunities in the professional artistic industries.

This round, three winning artists and twelve finalists will exhibit with Homiens as part of our seasonal exhibition program. In addition, each winning artist receives an unrestricted award of $1,000 USD, may participate in an optional interview, and may request a letter of recommendation from our Jurors. Up to 200 artists per round are highly commended and celebrated across our media (including our website which receives 100,000+ annual visitors, and our extensive mailing list). All entrants are considered for exhibition. Furthermore, each entrant to the Homiens Art Prize receives a certificate of participation which can be used to contribute towards a demonstration of professional participation in the art industry. How to Enter
- Enter via Submittable using the form below. Click here for a guide to using Submittable.
- All entrants are personally informed of the result of their submission via Submittable.
- All artists throughout the world may enter.
- We accept all artworks, mediums, and art forms: Including but not limited to painting, sculpture, photography, drawing, printmaking, installation, audiovisual, etc. Artworks completed in any year are eligible. There are no theme or size restrictions.
- Selection is based on the images or links you upload: We cannot accept entries via post and ask that entrants do not transport or mail physical work to Homiens. You may upload up to 3 images per artwork entered. Video and sound based works may be of a duration up to 30 minutes.
- There is a $30 USD fee to enter 1 artwork, and a $15 USD fee to enter each additional artwork thereafter. You may enter as many times as you wish. You will receive a confirmation email.
- Meet the Artists: Entrants may apply for this competitive, merit-based creative networking initiative.
- Promoted Artists: Entrants may apply to have their work featured across our media.
